How it Works

  1. Suppose you're planning a trip on Friday, August 12th. To get your rental item, book it to start on Thursday, August 11th.

  2. Our trusted courier will deliver the item to your doorstep on or before August 11th, and they'll provide a 2-hour delivery window.

  3. Enjoy the convenience of the item throughout your trip.

  4. When you return from your trip on Monday, August 22nd, select Tuesday, August 23rd, as the last day of your hire.

  5. For larger items, our courier, Parcelforce, will collect the item from you on the return date (within a 2-hour window).

  6. For smaller items, use the prepaid return label provided and drop it off at an Evri shop nearby. Find the nearest shop here: Evri Shop Locator

  7. Should you need delivery to one location and collection from another, simply mention it in the note section during your order.

How do I go about making a reservation?

How long can I rent the equipment for?

  • You have the flexibility to choose the rental duration that suits your needs best. Whether it's just for a day, a week-long trip, or even month, we've got you covered!

Can I extend my rental if my trip gets extended?

  • Of course! We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to extend your rental period, simply get in touch with our friendly customer support team. They'll do their best to accommodate your request based on availability.


Is the equipment really clean and safe for my child's use?

  • Absolutely! We understand how important cleanliness and safety are for your little one. Rest assured, all our equipment goes through rigorous professional cleaning and sanitization after each use, so it's fresh and ready for your baby's enjoyment.

What happens if something happens to the rental equipment during my trip?

  • We know that accidents can happen, especially when little ones are involved. If you encounter any issues with the equipment during your rental, please let us know immediately. Our team will guide you through the next steps, and we'll work together to find a solution.

How often do you service your equipment?

  • We take pride in maintaining our equipment in top-notch condition. During the low season, we give each item the care it deserves with regular servicing and maintenance, ensuring that it's in perfect working order when you need it.


Next Day Delivery Cutoff

Orders placed after 9 am won't get next-day delivery as per our agreement with the Logistics partner. They'll be sent the following working day.


The equipment needs to be returned in a condition similar to its initial delivery, accounting for regular usage wear and tear. The Hirer won't be held accountable for any damage that was already identified before. The equipment stays the responsibility of the Hirer until it's returned in proper working order to the Owner's location.
