  1. Use of the Courier Company's App: To track your deliveries, you must download and install the official app of our trusted courier company. Information on this will be on your order confirmation. The app is available for download on both Android and iOS devices.

  2. Account Registration: To access the order tracking feature, you may be required to register an account with the courier company. You must provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

  3. Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed by Travel Baby Rentals and handed over to the courier company for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number associated with your order. This tracking number is essential for monitoring the status of your delivery.

  4. Tracking Information: The The Courier Companies app offers real-time tracking capabilities. To track your delivery, open the app and enter your unique tracking number in the designated field. The app will provide detailed information, including the current location of your package, expected delivery time, and any relevant updates regarding your shipment.

  5. Delivery Notifications: The Courier Company may send notifications to your registered email address or mobile device to keep you informed about the status of your delivery. Ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive these notifications.

How often do you service your equipment?

  • We take pride in maintaining our equipment in top-notch condition. During the low season, we give each item the care it deserves with regular servicing and maintenance, ensuring that it's in perfect working order when you need it.


Next Day Delivery Cutoff

Orders placed after 9 am won't get next-day delivery as per our agreement with the Logistics partner. They'll be sent the following working day.


The equipment needs to be returned in a condition similar to its initial delivery, accounting for regular usage wear and tear. The Hirer won't be held accountable for any damage that was already identified before. The equipment stays the responsibility of the Hirer until it's returned in proper working order to the Owner's location.
